📖Governance rules

DAOs are designed, in principle, to allow the governance process to take place within the protocol, whereby votes are recorded on the blockchain and results are produced after the vote. As the platform develops, more things will be handled through on-chain governance, and governance will proceed in the following order: introduction of proposals, opinion statements submitted by advisors, votes by council members, and various follow-up procedures depending on the results of the votes, Those entitled to make proposals can secure a vote on each proposal through introductions, and once a proposal is made, the supervisor must conduct an expert analysis of the proposal and submit a statement of opinion with its results. Members of the DAO Governance Committee have the right to vote on the introduced proposals, and will refer to the director's statement of opinion to vote on the best option they think. If the number of votes exceeds the threshold, the proposal will be passed; otherwise, the proposal will be rejected. The follow-up of approved proposals will be the responsibility of the chairperson, and it is the responsibility of the chairperson to implement all proposals that have been passed by the council historically. Proposal voting and follow-up follow the procedures outlined below:

(1) Core content The scoring codes for these proposed updates are voted online, however, even if the code update passes, the software update must be performed on the set date before the code can be implemented. Therefore, a software update will also be proposed and if passed, the core update will follow the set software The file update schedule is carried out.

(2) Quantity change

The proposer can initiate a vote, which will be carried out on the chain during the scheduled voting period. The choice of each voter will be saved in the block header. After the voting period ends, the voting will be automatically closed. Once the voting period has passed the same length of time as the voting period, This decision will be carried out automatically to the platform.

(3) Standard Proposal

For proposals requiring approval of new standards, voting takes place online, and approved proposals will only see official announcements of changes to standards that have been formally approved. In order to provide flexibility and configurability in the support process, NJWC will support on-chain governance, that is, Token holders can vote according to the weight of the Token they hold.
